The Skyway Marina District (SMD), a nonprofit organization, spans from 30th Avenue South to 54th Avenue South, along the 34th Street Corridor. The Skyway Marina District Plan, adopted in early 2014, will guide improvements in the areas of retail offerings, redevelopment opportunities, and a visual identity.
